Arunodaya
Ministries is the medai arm of Manna. In the early 1970's
it was decided by the leadership to pursue an evangelistic
outreach through the use of film and media. In the early
years western films and media presentations were shown
in villages throughout India. Our first radio program
"Manna Varthamanamulu" went on the air in
September 1972 and continues as a weekly program to
this day. To this program another in the Oriya language
was added during the 1990's.
Through
divine providence a joint venture with Rev. John Gilman
and Dayspring International was started to show an Indian
produced film called "Karunamayudu"
on the life of Christ to thousands of villages in India.
Through 24 film units the gospel has been shown around
the nation of India.
In 1996
a new door opened to the ministry and "Manna Madhuryam"
our TV telecast began. Today this program 4 times a
week covers the nation of India and surrounding countries
through satellite televsion channels.
Multitudes
of people have seen the program tens of thousands have
responded to the gospel over the years. We thank God
for this oppurtunity to reach millions of people with
the Love of Jesus Christ.. |
